About this product
Fill & Skim is a ready-mixed plaster substitute made with lightweight polymer spheres, giving an easy-to-spread, smooth consistency that helps achieve a good finish without specialist plastering skills. It is white in colour and dries to a hard but flexible finish suitable for both walls and ceilings. It fills holes up to 25mm deep in a single application, making it useful for covering textured paint and restoring old, pitted or uneven plastered surfaces. It suits electricians, plumbers, joiners and builders needing a one-coat patching solution, such as making good over cable trunking or around pipes and sockets. Once dry it will not shrink, sag or crack, and can be painted or wallpapered over after 24 hours, with little or no sanding needed. It can be used over plaster, wood, brick, stone and rendering.
