About this product
This 125mm Faithfull Zirconia Abrasive Jumbo Flap Disc with 40 grit is designed for use on 125mm angle grinders, suited to aggressive rough grinding such as rust removal, weld preparation, scale elimination and general stock removal. The larger diameter gives increased surface coverage, useful for larger workpieces and extensive surface preparation. The jumbo design holds up to 40% more abrasive than standard flap discs, extending working life. It is made from Zirconia Alumina, resin bonded for added strength, and suitable for use on wood, metal, plastic and stainless steel. The slightly conical shape suits grinding at 15–25 degree angles on contoured surfaces. Maximum speed is 80m/s (12,200 RPM).
