About this product

This pack of three Faithfull Zirconia Abrasive Jumbo Flap Discs measures 125 x 22mm with a coarse 40 grit, suited to rough grinding and rapid material removal such as rust removal, weld preparation and heavy stock removal. They are designed for use with 125mm angle grinders, with a maximum speed of 80m/s (12,200 RPM). The discs are made from Zirconia Alumina and resin bonded for extra strength. Their jumbo construction holds up to 40% more abrasive than standard flap discs, giving longer service life. The slightly conical shape suits grinding at 15–25 degree angles on contoured surfaces, and the discs work on wood, metal, plastic and stainless steel.
