The Thor 1010 is a dead blow nylon hammer weighing 550g (19oz) with a 32mm face diameter, suited to precision assembly and maintenance work where controlled, lighter strikes are needed. The aluminium steel shot-filled head reduces rebound and increases striking force, giving maximum power with total control, without damaging surfaces.
It is fitted with screw-in white nylon faces made from impact-resistant Nylon 6/6 (Shore D57-61), suitable for both light and heavy-duty assembly work. The faces can be interchanged and replaced to extend the hammer's working life.
A shock-absorbent rubber grip provides comfort and control while reducing hand fatigue during repetitive use. It is used across automotive, construction, rail and industrial applications. The handle is aluminium alloy with a rubber grip, 275mm in length.
