The Thor 1414 is a dead blow nylon hammer weighing 900g (32oz) with a 44mm face diameter, suited to heavier assembly, maintenance and installation work across construction, automotive, rail and industrial settings. Its aluminium steel shot-filled head reduces rebound, delivering strong, controlled blows without excessive bounce-back.
The hammer is fitted with screw-in white nylon faces made from impact-resistant Nylon 6/6 (Shore D57-61), protecting sensitive surfaces while offering long-lasting performance for both light and heavy-duty tasks. These faces can be interchanged and replaced to extend the hammer's working life.
A shock-absorbent rubber grip provides comfort and control, reducing hand fatigue during extended or repetitive use. The shaft is aluminium alloy, with a handle length of 310mm.
