About this product
This Size 4 replacement copper face is designed for Thor Split-head Hammers and the Thor Classic, allowing worn faces to be replaced rather than the whole hammer discarded. It has a 50mm (2 inch) diameter, suited to heavy-duty striking tasks such as large-scale metalwork and heavy assembly work.
The face is cut from 99.99% pure electrolytic copper bar, giving a large striking surface that protects the workpiece from damage. Copper's non-sparking properties make it suitable for environments where steel-on-steel contact would pose a safety risk. The face weighs 546g.
