About this product
This is a 44mm replacement face for size 3 Thor split head hammers, made from ultra-high molecular weight polythene. The larger face diameter spreads impact across a wider striking surface, suiting heavier assembly and striking work.
The specially shaped construction is designed to fit malleable iron heads correctly, offering high impact resistance, durability and abrasive resistance without fracturing, splintering or delaminating in use. It serves as an alternative to traditional rawhide faces while maintaining striking performance.
Supplied in white for easy identification.
