O'Keeffe's Working Hands is a concentrated hand cream formulated to repair and protect extremely dry, cracked hands, aimed at tradespeople, mechanics and others whose hands face harsh conditions and frequent washing. The formula uses a high concentration of glycerin to draw in and retain moisture, supporting the skin's natural healing process.

It also contains allantoin, an odourless, non-toxic and non-allergenic skin protectant derived from the Comfrey plant, which helps remove dead skin cells and improves the penetration and absorption of moisturising ingredients. The cream is concentrated, so small amounts can be effective, and it is designed not to leave a greasy residue.

Supplied in a 96g jar, visible improvements have typically been seen within two weeks when applied before bed and three times during the day, though results may vary.
