About this product
The Stanley FatMax Floorboard Saw is a 300mm (12in) hand saw designed for cutting floorboards with precision and control. It has a curved blade end with 13 TPI induction-hardened teeth, allowing cuts to be started in tight spaces between boards without damaging neighbouring timber and giving a longer cutting life. The bi-material handle includes an ergonomic finger rest for added control when starting a cut, and is both screwed to the blade and ultrasonically welded for a secure, durable fixing. Built-in 45° and 90° reference points on the blade allow quick, accurate angled cuts without extra measuring, making it suited to carpenters, joiners and flooring specialists working on installation, repair or renovation jobs.
