About this product
This Bahco millsaw file measures 250mm (10in) with a bastard (coarse) cut of approximately 16 teeth per 10mm. It has parallel surfaces with edges that taper towards the point, and both surfaces and edges are single cut, giving a smooth finish suited to engineering and sharpening work.
It is useful for polishing and deburring work in lathes, and is also widely used for sharpening tools and implements such as spades, shovels, hoes and scrapers. The file is tanged, allowing a handle to be fitted securely for better control during use.
