About this product
The Edma Straticut Vario is a manual guillotine cutter for laminate flooring and MDF boards, offering an alternative to power saws. It produces straight cuts of up to 320mm and angled cuts up to 90° (210mm), handling material up to 15mm thick, without noise or dust.
The guillotine action gives a neat cut without chipping the decorative laminate surface, and the blade needs no re-sharpening, keeping maintenance low. This makes it suited to flooring contractors and joiners working in occupied or noise-sensitive premises.
It comes with protective felt pads to avoid marking finished floors, a mini trestle to support longer boards, a waste collector, and a removable board stopper for repeated 210mm cuts. The unit weighs 12.45kg.
