About this product
A replacement ball pein hammer handle measuring 425mm (17in), the longest in Faithfull's range, suited to heavy-duty industrial and fabrication work where extra leverage and striking power are needed. It is made from straight-grained hickory with a protective waxed finish, offering good strength and shock absorption.
The handle is manufactured to BS 3823 BW/BR British Standard, which governs density, moisture content, grain, twist, knotting and finish, and is made from FSC 100% Certified Wood. When fitting, it should be secured with the correct size wooden and steel wedges, and care should be taken when replacing a damaged or broken handle on a striking tool.
