About this product
This 300mm roofing square is designed for carpenters and builders working on larger-scale projects, offering extended reach for measuring and marking longer rafters. Made from CNC-machined aluminium with a black anodised finish for corrosion resistance, it features laser-etched scales for accurate measurement.
The tool combines the functions of a combination, try and framing square, and doubles as a saw guide for 45° and 90° cuts, plus a protractor for measuring angles and pitches. This makes it useful for cutting wall shoulders (bird beaks) or rafter ends. The adjustable protractor arm locks in place with a brass screw, allowing for repeatable, accurate cuts.
Also known as a layout, angle, rafter or speed square, it is part of the Faithfull Prestige range, manufactured to a high standard.
