This Faithfull Three-Square Second Cut Engineers File is a triangular file with three flat sides, designed for filing acute internal angles, cleaning cut square corners, enlarging or cleaning up angular holes, and sharpening serrated jaws and saw teeth. Its 8in (200mm) overall length gives improved reach and leverage, with a blade length of 150mm (6in) and blade width of 13mm (1/2in). The second cut (medium) grade offers balanced material removal with a reasonably smooth finish, suiting general engineering, metalworking and maintenance work. It is fitted with a comfortable grip to reduce hand fatigue during use, making it suitable for both professional tradespeople and frequent DIY users. Supplied as a single file.
