About this product
The Faithfull 19mm Button Magnet is a compact, mid-sized magnet suited to work-holding tasks such as welding jigs, sign making and reed switch operation. It is made from Alnico, giving good resistance to corrosion and allowing use in temperatures up to 500°C.
Both north and south poles sit on the same face, separated by a slot, and a mounting hole is provided for fixing the magnet in place. It should not be recessed into ferrous metals, as this short-circuits the magnetic field.
Diameter is 19.0mm, height 12.7mm, with a pull power of 1.8kg.
