About this product
This Faithfull 25mm Horseshoe Magnet is a compact, traditional-shaped pocket magnet suited to education, experiments and science projects. It has clearly defined north and south poles, making it useful for quickly checking whether items are ferrous. Made from Alnico, it offers good resistance to corrosion and can operate in temperatures up to 500°C, making it suitable for workshop and industrial use as well as classroom demonstrations. It is supplied with a plate keeper, which helps preserve the magnet's strength during storage and prevents it attracting metal items when not in use. Pull power is 2.2kg.
