About this product
This Faithfull Horseshoe Magnet is a traditional pocket-style magnet measuring 27mm, suited to education, experiments and general workshop use. Its horseshoe shape has distinct north and south poles, making it useful for quickly checking whether materials are ferrous. Made from Alnico, it offers good resistance to corrosion and can operate in temperatures up to 500°C. It has a pull power of 3.5kg and is supplied with a plate keeper, which helps preserve the magnet's strength and stops metal objects being attracted to it when not in use.
