About this product
The Faithfull No.3 Finishing Plane is a traditional bench plane suited to final finishing work in cabinet making and general joinery, giving fine control for smoothing and trimming both hardwoods and softwoods. It has a grey cast iron body with a precision ground base and sides for flatness and squareness, and machined seatings that eliminate blade movement and judder during use. The lever cap has a brass locking screw to secure the blade assembly firmly while allowing quick release for sharpening. Wooden handles and guidance knobs are fitted for comfort during extended use, and a solid brass adjustment nut allows precise depth setting. Cutter width is 45mm and overall length is 230mm.
