About this product
The Faithfull Piercing Saw, also known as a jeweller's saw, is a compact precision tool similar to a smaller coping saw. It is designed for cutting thin sheet metal up to 1mm thick, including aluminium, copper, brass, gold and silver, making it suited to jewellers, model makers and precision metalworking.
It has an adjustable steel frame with a 70mm depth of bow, accepting a 130mm blade length. The frame's adjustability allows broken blades to be shortened and re-used, reducing running costs. It comes fitted with an extremely fine blade for precise cuts, and using a lubricant such as beeswax is recommended to aid smooth cutting and blade longevity.
