About this product
The Footprint 11220 is a 100mm (4in) brick bolster chisel designed for cutting standard bricks and general building work, where the wider blade helps cover more of the brick in each cut. It is fully drop forged, with handle, blade and head made as a single piece for strength and durability on site.
The blade is hardened and tempered to hold an accurately ground cutting edge over time, while the domed head is shaped to resist splintering from repeated hammer strikes. It is manufactured to BS3066 and made in the UK.
