About this product
This ITL Insulated Junior Hacksaw is a 150mm (6in) tool designed for safe cutting work in electrical and live working environments. It is aimed at electricians, contractors and maintenance engineers who need certified insulated hand tools for use on or near live equipment. Made from injection moulded nylon thermoplastic, it exceeds IEC60900 Category C and ASTM F1505 standards, and every tool is 100% tested at 1000 volts for 3 minutes while submerged in water. The construction resists impact and abrasion and is flame retardant, with Category C impact testing covering a temperature range of -40°C to +70°C. It is supplied complete with a 25tpi blade, ready for immediate use on a variety of materials in confined spaces.
