About this product
Knipex 68 01 280 End Cutting Nippers, 280mm long, designed for reinforced concrete work. The head shape allows optimised movement when tightening steel mesh knots, and the tool is also suitable for twisting, binding and cutting soft and annealed tie wire used on reinforcing rods.
The cutting edges are separately hardened for durability, with a hardness of around 60-61 HRC. Cutting capacities are Ø4.5mm for soft wire, Ø4.0mm for medium hard wire and Ø3.2mm for hard wire. Handles are dipped in plastic coating for a comfortable grip.
