About this product
The Marshalltown MXS1D is a plasterer's finishing trowel with an 11 x 4½ inch blade, giving a good balance of coverage and control for detailed plastering and levelling work. It can also be used to smooth, level or texture the top layer of hardening concrete, with bevelled work edges designed to prevent surface aggregate popping. The blade is made from highest grade spring steel, tempered, ground and polished for a smooth finish, and is fixed to a lightweight aluminium alloy mounting by ten hard steel rivets for durability. The curved DuraSoft handle is secured with a nut and washer assembly and is designed for a comfortable, secure grip.
