About this product
This Monument drain test plug is designed for plugging drains and pipes during testing or repair work, suiting medium to larger diameter pipes with a diameter range of 48-62mm. It includes a 1/2in BSP outlet for added versatility in professional applications. Operation is straightforward: place the plug in the pipe end being repaired or replaced and turn the wing nut knob, which depresses the flexible rubber cone so it expands to form a watertight seal against the pipe or tube end. The plug is fitted with removable top caps and rubber rings, and has a maximum allowable back pressure of 37psi (2.50bar).
