About this product
This Roughneck Tuck Pointer has a 1/2in (12mm) wide blade, suited to standard pointing work and medium-width mortar joints in general brickwork and masonry. It is drop forged from a single piece of Chrome Vanadium steel, with the chromium content improving wear resistance and the vanadium adding toughness, and the blade is further hardened and tempered for a balance of strength, lightness, rigidity and flexibility.
The tang angle and rise give a balanced feel intended to reduce wrist fatigue and support speed and control during use. It has a soft grip handle for a secure, comfortable hold, plus a replaceable end cap and a soft finger guard that can be trimmed off if not wanted.
