About this product
The Stanley FatMax Jab Saw is a specialist tool for piercing and cutting plasterboard, useful for plumbers, electricians and dry liners creating access holes for pipes, cables and fixtures. It also copes with wood and plastic. The sharpened, pointed tip punches straight through material without pre-drilling, while the aggressive triple bevel teeth, at 7 TPI, give a faster, cleaner cut with less tearing. The blade is hardened and tempered for durability and long working life. The moulded handle combines high impact plastic with soft-touch inserts for comfort and control, and a large smooth end pad helps with pushing and twisting the blade through the board, allowing one-handed use in confined or overhead spaces. Blade length is 150mm (6in), with 7 TPI teeth.
