About this product
This Thor Super Plastic Mallet has a 70mm diameter head weighing 610g, suited to heavy-duty striking tasks such as assembly of larger components, heavy fitting work and industrial maintenance. The wider head gives good strike distribution across larger surfaces while delivering non-marking impact that protects finished components.
The head is made from UHMW-PE Polyex, offering strong resistance to chemicals and corrosion and standing up to repeated heavy strikes without fracturing, splintering or delaminating. It suits automotive, marine, offshore and engineering workshop use.
The mallet has an anti-vibration wooden handle, crafted from hardwood, which minimises recoil and helps maintain comfort and control during use.
