About this product
The Trend Fast Track MK2 is a sharpening system for achieving consistent edges on chisels and plane irons. It offers four honing angles (25°, 27.5°, 30° and 32.5°) for honing and edge reshaping, and accommodates tool widths from 3mm to 65mm. A removable centring clip positions narrow blades and chisels centrally to make the most of the sharpening stroke, while magnetic stone holders keep stones securely in place during use.
Non-slip nitrile rubber feet keep the unit steady on any surface, and ergonomic carriage caps add comfort during longer sharpening sessions. Consistent angles help produce a square, flat-ground edge that is more durable and less prone to fracturing, supporting tool life.
The kit includes a base carriage, five graded angled stones (100, 220, 450, 600 and 1000 grit), a centring clip, non-slip mat, leather strop, fitted de-burring plate and a canvas storage case.
