About this product
The Makita HG6531CK is a 240V, 2000W heat gun suited to tasks such as paint stripping, softening glues and adhesives, and welding or bending materials. It produces airflow of 200-550 litres per minute across 5 settings, with temperature adjustable from 50-650°C in 5°C increments via a push button, and an on/off slide switch.
A pre-set function allows 14 saved settings for temperature and airflow to be recalled, with the chosen setting shown on an LCD screen. Safety features include double insulation and overheat protection, and the ergonomic soft grip is designed for comfort during extended use.
It is supplied with a range of nozzles - glass protection, reflector, reduction, wide slot, overlap welding and weld nozzles - along with solder sleeves reflector, a pressure roller and a carry case. It weighs 0.71kg.
