The Black + Decker PH5551 is a 550W telescopic pole hedge trimmer for trimming tall hedges without steps or a ladder. The pole extends to 2.3 metres usable length, giving extended reach for high hedges, and the head pivots 180° with five lockable positions for versatile cutting angles.
Its 51cm dual action, diamond ground blades with a 22mm gap and 1,600 strokes per minute give cleaner cuts with reduced vibration, while a blade brake engaging in under one second adds safety when repositioning. Weighing 4.1kg, it has an ergonomic, balanced design with a soft-feel grip, plus a cable clip to keep the power lead tidy during use.
