About this product

This is a 102mm bi-metal holesaw from Bahco's Sandflex range, suited to larger cutting jobs such as extractor fan housings, ventilation ductwork and cable pass-throughs, as well as HVAC and pipe work applications. It uses a variable pitch (4-6 TPI) blade design with high-speed steel cutting edges, giving good hardness and cutting performance while reducing vibration during use. Welded seam construction helps keep cuts accurate, and the heat-treated body adds strength for demanding use. It is suitable for all sawable materials up to 38mm thick and works with portable electric or pneumatic tools, as well as various drilling, boring and milling machines. An arbor is needed and is sold separately.
