About this product

This is an 86mm bi-metal variable pitch holesaw from Bahco's Sandflex range, suited to larger professional installation work such as downlighter fitting, ventilation openings and general fixture mounting. It cuts sawable materials up to 38mm thick and works with portable electric or pneumatic tools, as well as drilling, boring and milling machinery. The blade uses a variable pitch of 4-6 TPI, which reduces vibration for smoother, cleaner cuts. Cutting edges are high-speed steel for hardness, seams are welded for cutting accuracy, and the body is heat-treated for strength. An arbor is required and is sold separately.
