The Faithfull 56mm Varipitch Bi-Metal Holesaw is suited to plumbing installations, recessed lighting and general construction work, such as cutting holes for waste pipes, downlighters and ceiling spotlights. It is made from bi-metal with 8% cobalt content, giving good heat and wear resistance for a longer working life.
Precision-set teeth provide an aggressive cutting action with effective swarf clearance, allowing smooth, fast progress through both thin and thick gauge materials. It cuts stainless steel, steel, aluminium, sheet metal, mild metal, non-ferrous metals, cast iron, soft and hard woods, and PVC, and is suitable for use in most variable speed power drills.
Cutting depth is 38mm, with a diameter of 56mm.
