About this product
This 60mm bi-metal hole saw is suited to plumbing work, recessed lighting installation and general construction tasks such as cutting openings for waste pipes, downlighters and tap fittings. The bi-metal construction includes 8% cobalt content, giving increased resistance to heat and wear for a longer working life.
Precision-set teeth allow aggressive penetration with good swarf clearance, giving a smooth, fast cutting action across both thin and thick gauge materials. It can be used on stainless steel, steel, aluminium, sheet metal, mild metal, non-ferrous metals, cast iron, soft and hard woods, and PVC.
Cutting depth is 38mm, and the saw is suitable for use with most variable speed power drills.
