About this product
The Starrett CSC29 is a 29mm bi-metal holesaw designed for use with cordless power tools, cutting twice as many holes per battery charge as a standard equivalent. It is built with hardened, heat and abrasion resisting high speed steel teeth set into a tough alloy body and cap, giving strength, durability and resistance to shattering. The holesaw comes as a complete assembly, including arbor and pilot drill, so no separate purchase is needed. Constant pitch teeth, at 8 teeth per 25mm/inch, provide a smooth cut, while a flared base cap acts as a safety stop, limiting cutting depth to around 13mm and preventing drilling beyond this point. It is suited to cutting stainless, tool and mild steel sheeting, as well as plasterboard, wood and thin plastics, making it a versatile option for onsite work.
