About this product
This 30mm holesaw is designed for use with battery-operated power tools, offering a bi-metal construction with hardened high speed steel teeth and a tough alloy body and cap for strength, durability and shatter resistance. It is built to cut twice as many holes as an equivalent standard holesaw per battery charge, making it suited to onsite work. It is suitable for cutting stainless, tool and mild steel sheeting, plus plasterboard, wood and thin plastics. The complete assembly includes the arbor and pilot drill, so no separate purchase is needed. Constant pitch teeth, at 8 teeth per 25mm, give smooth cuts, and a flared base cap limits cutting depth to around 13mm, acting as a safety stop to prevent drilling beyond the maximum depth.
