About this product
This 29mm TCT Multi Purpose hole saw from Starrett is designed for fast, heat-free cutting of non-metallic materials such as wood, MDF, plastics, plasterboard and ceramic wall tiles. Its carbide-tipped teeth give an aggressive cutting action and durability, offering considerably faster stock removal than a bi-metal hole saw.
It has a cutting depth of 54mm, which suits cutting through strapping and joists as well as thinner materials. The saw produces a smooth cut with minimal heat build-up and is suitable for use in both mains and battery powered tools, making it appropriate for construction and installation work as well as DIY use.
