About this product
This Starrett TCT Multi Purpose Holesaw is designed for fast, heat-free cutting of non-metallic materials such as wood, MDF, plastics, plasterboard and ceramic wall tiles. It has a diameter of 51mm and a cutting depth of 54mm, making it suitable for cutting through strapping and joists as well as boards and tiles.
The tungsten carbide tipped teeth give an aggressive tooth set for rapid stock removal with minimal heat build-up, producing a smooth cut and helping the saw stay usable for longer. It is suited to both construction and installation work and DIY use, and can be run in mains or battery powered tools.
The holesaw fits a 5/8-18" thread and is intended for use with the appropriate arbor.
