About this product
This Starrett hole saw has tungsten carbide tipped teeth designed for fast, heat-free cutting of non-metallic materials such as wood, MDF, plastics, plasterboard and ceramic wall tiles. The aggressive tooth set is said to cut significantly faster than a bi-metal hole saw, while remaining durable.
It has a diameter of 60mm and a cutting depth of 54mm, making it suitable for cutting through strapping and joists as well as wall materials. It's suitable for use with both mains and battery powered power tools, and is aimed at construction and installation professionals as well as DIY users.
