About this product
This Starrett 70mm TCT Multi Purpose Holesaw is designed for fast, heat-free cutting of non-metallic materials, suitable for both construction professionals and DIY users. Its tungsten carbide tipped teeth give an aggressive cutting action, said to work up to five times faster than a bi-metal holesaw, while keeping heat build-up to a minimum for a smooth finish.
It cuts to a depth of 54mm and can be used on wood, MDF, plastics, plasterboard, ceramic wall tiles and building bricks, including cutting through strapping and joists. It works with mains or battery powered tools, and has a 5/8-18" thread size.
