About this product
This 140mm Starrett TCT Multi Purpose Holesaw is designed for construction, installation and DIY work, cutting quickly through wood, MDF, plastics, plasterboard and ceramic wall tiles. Tungsten carbide tipped teeth give an aggressive, high-performance cut said to be up to five times faster than a bi-metal holesaw, while producing a smooth finish with minimal heat build-up.
It has a cutting depth of 54mm (2 1/8in), enough to cut through strapping and joists, and a 5/8-18in thread size for fitting to standard arbors, with extended-length pilot drill arbors also available. Suitable for use with both mains and battery powered tools.
