The Starrett Fastcut Bi-Metal Holesaw (105mm) is designed for tradespeople who need reliable hole cutting across a range of materials. It is built with high-speed steel teeth electron beam welded to an alloy steel body, giving the tool durability and a long working life, and fits standard arbors.
The variable pitch tooth design (5.5 TPI/25mm) reduces vibration and improves heat and wear resistance for a smoother, faster cut than earlier constant-pitch saws. It suits cutting stainless and mild steel sheet, as well as tubes with wall thickness up to 3mm, and cuts to a depth of 41mm. It also works on wood and plastics.
