About this product
An 8-piece electrician's holesaw kit from Starrett, designed for cutting precise holes in electrical installations and general metalwork. The Fast Cut bi-metal holesaws use extra cobalt HSS teeth for heat and wear resistance, with a 5.5 TPI positive rake tooth form giving smoother, faster cutting with reduced torque than constant pitch saws, plus increased gullet volume for better chip clearance. Suited to cutting stainless steel and mild steel sheet, and tubes up to 3mm wall thickness, as well as wood, plastic and plaster up to around 13mm thick. Cutting depth is 41mm, suitable for typical conduit and cable work. The kit includes six holesaws (16, 20, 25, 32, 40 and 51mm), two arbors and an ejector spring, packed in a carry case. Suitable for tradesmen, installation engineers and DIY use.
