The Black and Decker BDCJS18 is an 18v cordless jigsaw supplied with a single 1.5Ah Li-ion battery and charger, offering a ready-to-use kit for lighter cutting tasks or as an introduction to the Black & Decker 18v system. It has a pendulum action for fast, efficient cutting through wood, steel and aluminium, plus variable speed control and a lock-on switch for comfortable extended use.
Other features include tool-free blade changing compatible with T and U shank blades, clear line-of-sight cutting, a blade guard for safety, and positive bevel detents at 0, 22.5 and 45 degrees. It is compact and lightweight, designed for comfort and control, and is part of the wider Black & Decker 18v Lithium-Ion battery system. Supplied without a carry case.
