About this product
This sharpener is designed for standard domestic cylinder mowers with a cutting width of up to 30cm, suiting smaller to medium-sized lawns. It re-grinds sharp new cutting edges on cylinder blades using the same radial grinding principle used by professionals, restoring factory-sharp performance. It attaches securely to the fixed bottom plate found on every cylinder mower, and works with hand, electric, battery or petrol machines. It is compatible with most brands, including Alko, Bosch, Einhell, Gardena, Ginge, Brill, G-Tech, Handy, Husqvarna, Powerbase and Qualcast, though not Webb mowers. Replacement abrasives are available so the sharpener can continue to be used season after season. It is recommended in Dr Hessayon's best-selling 'The Lawn Expert' book.
