About this product
ROCOL FOODLUBE® Chain Spray is a food grade aerosol lubricant for chains, conveyors, pulleys and rollers used in food processing and other clean manufacturing environments. Rather than simply coating outer surfaces, it penetrates into the pin and roller contact points where most chain wear occurs, helping to protect against wear and extend chain life. The formula forms a highly adhesive film that resists drips and fling-off, with high thermal stability to prevent sludge formation and varnishing, and resistance to water wash-off for corrosion protection. It uses DETEX technology, with X-ray and metal detectable plastic caps and actuators to reduce contamination risk. It is NSF H1 registered, ISO 21469, Halal and Kosher certified, suited to food, beverage and pharmaceutical production lines. Operating temperature range is -20°C to +150°C. Supplied as a 400ml aerosol.
