About this product
This is Makita's DLS211 sliding compound mitre saw, powered by two 18V LXT batteries working together to give a 36V brushless motor comparable to corded performance, while keeping compatibility with the wider 18V LXT tool range. It takes a 305mm blade and offers a mitre range of 60°-60° and bevel range of 48°-48°.
Features include a rail-forward design allowing the saw to sit closer to a wall, a built-in laser guide for cut-line alignment, automatic torque drive to maintain cutting speed under load, soft start and an electric brake.
It is compatible with Makita's Auto-Start Wireless System, letting it trigger a compatible Bluetooth dust extractor automatically when switched on. Supplied as a bare unit with the mitre saw blade and material supports/clamp, but without batteries, charger or case.
