About this product
The ABUS 65CS/50 is a 50mm brass padlock with a closed shackle design, suited to securing goods of medium value or at an average risk of theft, such as chains, doors, gates, cupboards, lockers, toolboxes, cellar windows, sheds and switchboards. It has a solid brass body and a hardened steel shackle finished with NANO PROTECT™ coating for corrosion resistance. The closed shackle includes an integral guard to protect against attack with tools. Internal components are made from non-corrosive materials, and the precision pin cylinder uses mushroom counter pins with a paracentric key-way for resistance to picking and manipulation. It has an automatic locking mechanism and is rated ABUS Security Level 5. Shackle diameter is 8mm, with a width of around 18.5-19mm and height of around 20.5-21mm. Overall dimensions are 50mm wide, 77mm high and 18mm deep. Supplied carded.
