About this product
This ABUS 41/40HB50 ETERNA laminated padlock has a 40mm body and a long shackle, useful where extra reach is needed, such as securing gates, chains or thick fittings that standard shackles cannot fit. It is keyed to code EE0192, allowing it to be operated with the same key as other padlocks sharing that code, useful for managing several locks on one site. The body is built from individual laminated steel sections, each treated with ABUS's ETERNA process, giving greater corrosion resistance than standard zinc plating and long-term weather protection. The shackle is made from hardened steel alloy for resistance to cutting, and the cylinder uses precision pin tumblers with anti-pick mushroom pins. It also has a self-locking mechanism, allowing it to be locked without a key by pushing the shackle down. It carries an ABUS security rating of 7 and is manufactured in Germany.
