About this product
The ABUS T65AL/40mm My Lock is a 40mm aluminium padlock in high-visibility red, suited to lockers, toolboxes, storage units and gates. Its precision extruded pure aluminium body is light yet strong, with a through hardened shackle to resist cutting and leverage, a zinc plated brass lock mechanism for corrosion resistance, and a rust-free 5-pin tumbler mechanism for reliable operation.
The red coating uses a special formula that lets you write directly onto the surface with coloured pens or permanent markers, making it easy to personalise for lockout/tagout and asset identification. It carries an ABUS Security Level of 5. Shackle width is 22mm, height 22.5mm and diameter 6.5mm; overall dimensions are 40mm wide, 62mm high and 15mm deep.
